Really enjoyed how perfectly clean the place was. Location was magnificent and marvellous, to supermarkets. More than that, it was next to the cathedral, shops, the quay and lots of restaurants, the centre of the city and handy local shops.

Location was incredible for transport - it was nearby the train station. And it was close to a shopping street and supermarkets. For the price I paid the room was a nice size for a travel cot.

It offered spacious and well-presented decor, making it comfortable and inviting. The photos did not do it justice, as it was much bigger than expected. The location was brilliant, within walking distance to local amenities such as a Tesco, take-away food options, and a pub. it was conveniently close to Exeter town center. Despite staying over the weekend, we did not experience any issues with noise. The power shower was a standout feature, providing a luxurious experience. The host was helpful and welcoming, providing essential items like dishwasher tablets, loo rolls, towels, and kitchen roll. the apartment exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.
While our stay was mostly positive, there were a couple of minor downsides. parking was a bit difficult to maneuver, although the host provided advice that helped us navigate it eventually.
